Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and security tools may automatically collect limited technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this information to keep the Site secure, prevent abuse, and understand how the Site is used.

We use Tidio, a live chat service, which uses cookies to operate the chat and remember your conversation.

The Site uses: Cloudflare Turnstile, a security service that protects our forms from spam and abuse; Google Fonts, which loads font files from Google servers; and Tidio, a live chat service that uses cookies. None of these track you for advertising purposes.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features. We ask for your consent before loading the chat service and its cookies. You can change your choice at any time.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function and is subject to its own privacy practices:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, security, and spam protection via Cloudflare Turnstile): Cloudflare processes technical data, including your IP address, to secure and deliver the Site.
  • Resend (email delivery): Resend processes the content of form submissions so we can receive your message by email.
  • Google Fonts (web fonts): When you load the Site, your browser may request font files from Google servers, which may receive your IP address.
  • Tidio (live chat): when you use the chat, Tidio processes your messages. See Tidio's privacy policy for details.

We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain contact information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide services, and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Technical logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

7. Your Privacy Rights
